open-data.rimes.int is a platform established by RIMES (Regional Integrated Multi-Hazard Early Warning System), an intergovernmental organization focused on disaster and tsunami early warning (www.rimes.int). This platform provides climate data to member countries, including 15-day weather forecast data derived from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) Integrated Forecasting System (IFS) reanalysis. RIMES distributes this data in NetCDF format, converted from the original GRIB2 format, without altering the values or units.
